 Processing Time (TAT)

Standard turnaround time is 1–2 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.


 Shipping

Shipping times are determined by the carrier and may vary.

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, it is no longer within my control. I am not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.


 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available as a free option at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.


 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted.

However, if there is an issue with your order due to an error on my end, I will gladly work with you to make it right.

Due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of items, colors and final products may vary slightly from what is pictured.
